I’ve been hearing this would happen for decades, it never does and won’t, in the way people hope. Houses will just increase 25000 a year instead of 50000 for a couple years.

Have housing prices gone down in the past 40 year? If not then ANY fall might be the largest fall in housing prices in 40 years.
