    It is an interesting policy paradox.

    We have the feds rolling out the national dental plan to expand coverage, but at the exact same time they are slapping a 30 percent copay on refugees under their own direct care.

    Expanding access on one front while throwing up financial barriers for displaced people who just arrived entirely broke seems completely backwards.

    Okay, and how much worse will the refugees health outcomes be?

    Clearly the carney government has decided the savings are “worth it”. Anything but tax the wealthy.
